It is that time of the year again! We get to celebrate all of our blessings and put special focus on all the things that we are grateful for. Gratitude is a difficult concept for young children to grasp, but fun activities can get them excited about gratitude! So I have put together a "Gratitude Turkey" activity for you to do with your children!

We also encourage you to add your child to our Thanksgiving Wall on our home page!  It is so much fun to see all the things that our sweet children are grateful for!  And it is fun for them to see their very own picture on our site.

1. Color your turkey body.

2. Cut out your turkey.

3. Color your feathers.

4. Cut out your feathers and line them up on the main page.  Then write what you are grateful for on each one so your writing is not upside down :-)

5. Glue on your feathers.

6. See how they look glued on :-)

7.  Glue on your turkey body and post somewhere where all can see!
