I realized that it would be difficult for very young children to be able to figure out which games were easy enough for them to play. I decided to solve this problem by creating a "room" just for them. There are a few games in the other rooms that are simple enough for very young children, however, the games in the sacrament room are focused on these little kids. Hopefully they are all very simple games that are not "over their heads".
The sacrament room has a few easy games and a few more difficult games.
I must admit that I went back and forth for a long time about whether or not to have Christ in this picture. I actually went to the temple over the decision. In the end, I felt that it would be a great visual for the kids to help them understand that Christ is at church. I further felt that placing Christ there would help them to understand that the Sacrament Room is very special and that Christ can be there in the meeting. I hope parents will reinforce this message to their children.
The primary room is targeted at older children who know how to read, who are learning their articles of faith and who have more advanced critical thinking skills.
In this room I was was not constrained by very young children's abilities and instead focused on teaching more difficult concepts. I also threw in some "fun" games for children who enjoy "video games".

Nephi hid 15 pictures in the cave near Jerusalem. Can you help him find all the items? Nephi will help you learn your numbers as you count each item from 1 -15.
Lesson taught: If you pray God will direct you.
Alma is helping his people find their way back to Zarahemla. During his journey he discovers that if he prays that Heavenly Father will guide his way. There are two levels in this game. On the easy level children help Alma find his way home by putting shapes in the path before Alma. In the difficult version children try to help Alma across the water. If they walk on the lilly pads in the correct order of the Book of Mormon then they are able to make it back to Zarahemla.
Lesson taught: Seek for the fruit on the tree of life.
Nephi learns that the fruit on the tree of life is the love of God. We should seek to make choices that brings us closer to God and the fruit. Can you catch fruit as it falls from the tree of life?
Lesson taught: If you follow Gods directions you will make it to the promised land.
Lehi followed the directions written on the Liahona. Can you help Liahona figure out what direction he should go by matching the color of the liahona to the other liahona of the same color. Learn your colors and end up at the promised land at the end of the game.
Lesson taught: Joseph Smith translated the Gold Plates.
Kids get to write on their own Gold Plates. They can use symbols or etch their own drawings right into their own plates.
Lesson taught: Be obedient to the ten commandments
Nephi chose to go and do the things that his father commanded. We can be obedient too. Heavenly Father gave us the ten commandments. Learn the ten commandments and color the pictures that teach us how to be obedient to them.

Nephi went back to Jerusalem to get Ishmael and his daughters. But he can't find them. Can you help Nephi find Ishmael's daughters in the marketplace?

Enos prayed to God. You can pray to God when life gets all mixed up. Can you help solve these puzzles that are all mixed up?
